I loved living here. The views are amazing. The laundry facilities, dog park and pool areas were always very well maintained. The staff was wonderful and always very helpful with anything we needed. It is also very well priced for the quality. If we were to ever move back to El Paso, we would go back to Kings Hill in a heartbeat.

The best apartment complex I have lived at in El Paso that I had to come back a second time. I’m sorry I ever left the first time. Spacious, well kept, cozy, great AC/heating system, prompt/professional maintenance, and amazing views. Karla and Gio have been the most kind hearted, accommodating, approachable and just an absolute breath of fresh air compared to what I have experienced elsewhere. 10 outta 10 would recommend every time.

I absolutely adored this place! I would recommend again and again to anyone looking for a place to live in El Paso. I lived here for four years as a medical student and it was ideal. The place was very quiet, the neighbors were great, maintenance was super friendly and always on top of things, and the women that run the office were very kind and helpful. You can't beat the price and all the amenities you receive - a gym with a great view, nice pools, and a small dog park. The view from my back patio was heavenly - I have the most amazing sunset photos ever. All my friends were jealous! The only negative I have to say is that they changed ownership and the new owner is not as nice; she sometimes blames the residents for minor things with the apartment that aren't our fault and may have different policies for different residents that are inconsistent. However, everything else was wonderful about this place!

This is a great apartment complex! I lived here for the last 3 years and my wife had lived there for almost 8. They maybe older apartments but the owners have done an amazing job updating them. The view is absolutely amazing! We had a western view and saw the most amazing sunsets. The staff is extremely nice and friendly. Maintenance was handled in a timely manner. The apartment is on the top of a hill so there is no through traffic. You usually only see people that live there or visiting those that live there. It is so much more quiet! Close enough for daily commute to Fort Bliss as well! Great Dog friendly apartment complex. They have a great small dog park on the property. I highly suggest this apartment complex if you are looking for an affordable place on the west side with a great view!

Great place to live! If you’re looking for a quiet, drama free place with great neighbors and views this is it. Property managers and maintenance are the best! Everything at this property ( laundry, pools, common areas) are well kept. Easy move in and exit w/o the usual apt. Nonsense . I would live there again in a heartbeat. Thank you KH!

Was an absolute pleasure to live here for the last 7 months of my time in El Paso. For the price I paid and the speed in which they took care of all my maintenance needs I would absolutely live here again if I ever move back. Other tenants are very nice, laundry facilities are always taken care of. Never used the pools but they look great. Not to mention the views (which was the main selling point for me). Definitely the most reasonably priced apartments in the city and I already miss calling it home. Thanks everyone in the staff for remembering my name when I came into the office and humoring my few weekly calls!

Lived here for nearly five years, just left to move across the country. My apartment itself was nothing fancy, but quite spacious and perfectly nice for the price and it was a great price while I lived there as a graduate student on a pretty low income. The location was really hard to beat for my brief commute to UTEP, which was definitely a plus; if you're gonna be doing most of your work and errands in West El Paso, traffic will rarely be an issue and you won't need to get on I-10 very much at all. My rent also included my wifi, cable, and the cable version of HBO, which made all that very easy to set up and I enjoyed watching NFL games on TV hassle-free over the last few years. Where Kings Hill really shines is the management: they are very tenant-minded. In five years they never increased my rent, and while I doubt that's the standard for everyone/every year (I was scheduled to have a modest rent increase if I had been planning to renew for a sixth year), they definitely go out of their way to keep your rent from rising much if possible. The owners have also been actively upgrading virtually all of the amenities over the last few years, including the pools, laundry facilities, a new small dog park, etc. Karla and the team in the front office could always recognize me and address me by name (which always impressed me, even more so if they know every tenant by their face), and they were always very prompt to address maintenance requests. Finally, after five years of living there, they actually sent me more than half of my original security deposit even though I'd had to leave in a hurry (moving cross-country is a lot to coordinate) and hadn't been able to handle their cleaning requests before I left. I've had plenty of friends renting in other places either get scalped with rent increases or get essentially ignored for pretty serious maintenance concerns, but Kings Hill was always very good to me on every front. I recommend them highly, but from what I've heard, they're already in pretty high demand and tend to fill up. Get a spot if you can!

Kings Hill apartment by far has the best views in my opinion. My wife and I recently moved in here and we both love the view in our back patio. Customer service was good and the maintenance teams are great. Quick response regarding maintenance. Would definitely recommend this place to friends. Few complaints but also recommendation for the staff. If you have new tenants moving in and the staff know the move in dates. Please blocked off the parking space in front of the apartment so new tenants could move in easily. We had problem with cars parking directly in front of our apartment. We couldn't move our furniture in because we were afraid to hit he cars. Making the move a hassle since we have to carry our furniture through the back of the apartment and through the patio doors. Also inform new tenants regarding mailbox packages. We thought someone stole our mail because we found our mailbox empty with a key inside. We didn't know the key is for a bigger mailbox when they can't fit the packages into the designated mailbox. Staff could've informed us about that from the beginning avoid us calling our vendors and file a lost claim. Besides little things Kings Hill apartment is a great place with awesome views. Definitely a nice place to live.

Kings Hill Apartments has been the BEST rental experience out of a long history due to military moves. Karla and Gio have been nothing but kind, professional, and helpful in any and all questions or needs. The maintenance team is phenomenal, always getting to work orders extremely fast and getting the job done right. The grounds are kept clean and the environment feels safe. The views are unmatched and I feel very lucky considering I didn't get much of a chance to shop around before moving here. Haven't had any pest problems. The only complaint I could point at is at no fault to the staff, but Pet owners not picking up after their fur babies has seemed to become more of a problem recently.

Maintenance is extremely incompetent. They don't fix things completely. They either make an excuse as to why its ok or do some halfass job. My review will not change until the maintenance service actually fixes their mistakes on what they claim to have fixed. They ruin more than they fix! Edit: They “fixed” it but not very well. In the end they painted over their mistake. I’ve come to accept this level of work. I’m more complacent, even if you complain the job is done the same way in the end. After living here a while while the maintenance is not extremely well done the maintenance men do have a good attitude and are very friendly people.

Lived here for about a year and I miss it. There's tons of space in the apartments. Super safe & quiet neighborhood. It's an older place but well maintained. My electric bill wasn't insane, the highest I paid in the summer was like 80?? If we didn't move to a house we would've stayed here. I've head horror stories about the way people are treated at other apartments in the area so I'm so glad we chose this place!

The staff are extremely helpful and often call to check up on any work done, all maintenance is done quickly. Same day visits ex: when our heat went out at 11:00pm, someone was there at 11:30pm to fix it for us. Military community, quiet area, great view. There are some quirks, such as poor insulation, but that it the only issue (Can be easily taken care of with insulation strips from Home store). Pets are welcome, we have a parrot and had no issues.
